Dooars Resorts to open from 1st July

Lataguri: After being closed for 100 days, the doors of all the resorts in Lataguri will be open for tourists from July 1. The decision was taken by the owners association and the local gram panchayat after a meeting with the owners of the Lataguri gram panchayat office on Monday. Is. Although a few days ago, permission was given to open various hotels, but keeping in view the safety of the locals and tourists, the local gram panchayat traders kept all the area till now. A meeting with members of the Panchayat Office Owners Association was held to open for tourists from July 1. It was decided that classes would start from Tuesday at 60-65. Residents of some of the areas said the situation was such that traders could not come to Lataguri so they could come to the areas from Tuesday. Divyendu Babu, secretary of the owners’ association, said, “Many tourists are regularly inquiring about whether the resort is open. From Tuesday, we will start booking. Train all concerned on how to serve tourists while maintaining sanitation and social distance.” He also said that the corona virus has not yet been able to get its hands on Dowers. If tourists start coming here from July, we hope that the tourism business season in Lataguri will return to normal.
